Frank McKenna has again announced he will not run for the Liberal Leadership.
Its looking more and more likely to be a Ignattieff vs Rae Battle.

At this point, absolutely.
If the Leadership Convention were held today, either Ignattieff or Rae would win.
I've already stated that I hope for a great convention.
Since the other parties won't do it, its up to the Liberals to choose a real leader.
