And to think he said Dion's carbon tax would give us a recession, economic unrest and revive the separatist movement in Quebec.
I guess it would not happen under Harper..he would tax everybody and everything, except the tar sands.

I doubt Harper will institute a carbon tax, but if he did, that would make you Libs very happy, wouldn't it? After all, you campaigned on it last election. You would get your wish!

Well Stephane Dion campaigned on it.

I'm more really just commenting on the hypocrasy.

I'm not sure whats better, a carbon tax or cap and trade.... but something needs to happen.
