Poor Alberta
I'm not an expert. But it seems the current slide in oil won't help Alberta any. Combined with the Alberta Gov't new royalty plan, is it possible that their economy might tank too?
Ottawa will donate up to four times the amount low-income Canadians spend on tuition.The federal government began recruiting low-income Canadians last month to be part of a project that will reward more than 4,500 working poor and welfare recipients with up to $4 in education and tuition credits for every $1 they deposit in a special savings account. ----------------------------------------- Shanon
